ITESO has an ongoing relationship with the business sector, translating its social commitment into regional development
In collaboration with industry and other organizations, our university works with businesses to enhance their ability to compete. It offers consulting for technological diagnosis, strategic planning and the management of technological innovation projects; its experts provide support for technological and market analyses, and for systematic studies of trends, forecasts, strategies, patents, and corporate and sector profiles. It forms students to promote the development of the productive sector, either as business owners or leaders of social projects that create jobs and contribute to greater justice, solidarity and humanity in our society.
The ITESO University Business Center promotes business development and participates in the formation of students through the following programs:
- Entrepreneurship and business incubation
- Insertion of professionals into the labor market
- Development of micro, small and medium-sized businesses
ITESO's Center for Innovation and Technology Management (CEGINT, in its initials in Spanish) promotes scientific and technological development through alliances with private companies, research centers, and the government, with the aim of stimulating the region's economic and social development. The Center offers a range of specialized services:

Professional Application Projects
ITESO's undergraduate programs include Professional Application Projects within each academic major, as an educational mediation that contributes to students' social and professional formation.
